Firefox for iPad
have been loving the FireFox to browse an internet. I always liked the style and form of Firefox. So I am curious to know that is there any way that the firefox can be installed in an iPad..?? Even in my PC I use the FireFox because I have faced many issues with Internet Explorer. I also want to know about the Gmail interface optimized for the IPAD.!! Hoping that someone over there would post some information soon.
Re: Firefox for iPad
I don’t think so that you can use operating system of the iPad that uses the iPhone OS and there isn’t a version of Firefox Mobile for the iPhone OS. Also I have never seen the FireFox installed on an IPAD (reason is that I like only Safari..). But if Apple is thinking about the Mozilla which will comes out with a decent applicationthen I would definitely use it. But till now there are no plug-ins of FireFox on an IPAD. Hopefully they will release soon.
Re: Gmail interface optimized for the IPAD
I have read that the Apple will launch its IPAD, and many web sites and services have decided to adapt their codes and interfaces for navigating away from this device much easier. Google has not wanted to stay behind despite his battle with the bite of the apple company, and has officially launched Gmail will look at the IPAD. Google has chosen to follow the pattern of interface divided in your mail program and offers gmail.com with a left sidebar, where we have a list of all our messages as if they were seeing from the iPhone. In the central area can view the contents of the message you select.
Re: Firefox for iPad
If you are curious, you can take a look at the Gmail interface for the IPAD (and the rest of tablets, which we must not forget) by changing the user agent of your browser and put the following :
Mozilla/5.0(iPad; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_2 like Mac OS X; en-us)
AppleWebKit/531.21.10 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.4 Mobile/7B314 Safari/531.21.10
Re: Firefox for iPad
Not only do users have been infected with the coming of the IPAD, also the developers of applications and Web services, and Google confirmed the launch of a special interface for the IPAD. The new interface, built entirely on HTML5, making the most of every space on the big screen that offers the IPAD showing much more content than the version for iPhone of course. Not you, but Gmail and other Google web applications would be great if follow this line, as does the Wave.

Free 4g iPhone?
Free 4g iPhone?
This article explains a few things about 4g iphone, and if you’re interested, then this is worth reading, because you can never tell what you don’t know.
Is everything making sense so far? If not, I’m sure that with just a little more reading, all the facts will fall into place.
Do you want to get a free 4g iphone? Then see details below, but first here’s whats happening the 4g iphone.
FREE 4G iPHONE POLL:
Will The iPhone 4G Be Better Than Sprint’s 4G EVO?
Test and Keep A Free 4G iPhone For Your Opinion
No matter what any other phone company tries to do, Apple always seems to find a way to steal the show. The Spring HTC Evo has been on the market over the weekend, and the interest over the phone is still building. Many will be watching the Evo to see how it compares to Apple’s iPhone 4g. So far, the reviews of the phone are mixed and there are some that aren’t as impressed with the phone as they thought they would have been. So the EVO has not even had a chance to breathe because the iPhone 4g prior to launc has already put a strangle hold on the market.
In just a few hours, Apple CEO Steve Jobs will take the stage at the Moscone Center in San Francisco and introduce the iPhone 4G. Thanks to a number of high profile leaks, however, many of the device’s new features are already well-known. Aside from a high resolution 960×480 display, the next-gen iPhone will also sport a front facing video camera, making mobile video chatting a reality.
Apple has made a habit of announcing the latest iPhone at WWDC events, so it wouldn’t be too surprising if Steve Jobs would announce Apple’s latest phone creation this time around. What remains to be seen is whether it will be the exact same device that Gizmodo got hold of a while ago.
Also, more interesting details about iPhone OS 4.0 could be announced at the event, as well as a new version of the Safari browser, that will be, before everything, much faster. The browser will also offer more HTML5 support.
We can only speculate, though, until the moment Steve Jobs unveils everything Apple has in store this time.
Now given AT&T’s struggles to keep up with bandwidth demands from current iPhone users, it’s only natural to wonder how AT&T is planning to handle increased bandwidth in the form of video. Well, AT&T doesn’t want to position themselves even further into a corner, so early last week they announced new data plans that conveniently, but not coincidentally, go into effect tomorrow.
Under the new plan, AT&T has dropped its customary $30/month for unlimited data and has instead replaced it with 2 tiers.
FREE 4G iPHONE POLL:
Will The iPhone 4G Be Better Than Sprint’s 4G EVO?
Test and Keep A Free 4G iPhone For Your Opinion
The first tier starts at $15/month and affords iPhone users 200MB of data. The second tier starts at $25/month and affords iPhone users 2GB of data. Do you find this reasonable? AT&T sure thinks it is. According to AT&T, 65% of current AT&T smartphone customers use less than 200MB a month while 98% of AT&T smartphone customers use less than 2GB a month. Thats all fine and dandy, but it’d be interesting to find out what those numbers are when applied strictly to iPhone users, who tend to consume a lot more data than other smartphone owners.
In any event, current iPhone users who wish to retain their $30/month unlimited data plan can do so and will be grandfathered in if they so choose. Incidentally, AT&T also announced that tethering support will finally be implemented when iPhone OS 4 is released, and will cost users $20 extra per month. The rub is that the tethering option for current iPhone owners is only available if those users abandon their current unlimited plan and sign up for AT&T’s 2GB capped $25/month plan, dubbed the DataPro plan. So basically, AT&T is charging customers an extra fee just for the right to tether. That aside, AT&T’s new data plan seems pretty reasonable.
This article’s coverage of the information is as complete as it can be today. But you should always leave open the possibility that future research could uncover new facts. Don’t forget you can also test and keep a free 4g iphone by simply partaking in the survey below, although participation is required it’s better than spending the hundreds of dollars it will cost in the store.

The Contradiction between Adobe and Apple is Getting Fierce
According to foreign media reports, Adobe company delivered an advertisement and open letter on May, 13th, strongly accused Apple for strangling the competition. Apple previously had made it very clear that the Adobe software applications were totally banned on iPad and iPhone.
Adobe said in the advertisement: “We like Apple. What we don’t like is the person who grabs your freedom to choose. You definitely have the freedom to choose what are you going to create, how to create, and what to experience on the internet.” Adobe also bought a full-page on Washington Post today, gave all the details about this dispute between Adobe and Apple. At the end of the open letter were the signatures of co-founder Geschke Chuck and John Warnock.
In this letter, Adobe declared: “the essence of the problem lies in: who is the real controllor of Internet? We think the answer is the Internet users, rather than any of the powerful company.”
It is reported recently that Apple is developing the Flash-alternative project Gianduia, which was revealed in WWDC(Worldwide Developers Conference) last year.. Apple has said it will support HTML5, JavaScript and CSS, but not Flash.
The insiders think the Adobe open letter is a strong evidence that the divergence between Adobe and Apple is getting worse. Two weeks ago, the CEO of Apple just issued a 29-paragraph-long article to accuse Adobe Flash for “major technology defect”. It is said that Adobe has officially sued to America Anti-Monopoly Government Department and it may investigate this case accordingly. This means the contradiction between the two is intensified thoroughly.
If you want to convert flash SWF to AVI,FLV and other popular video/audio/picture formats,Moyea swf to video converter is a good choice.
Ecommerce Web Development in Australia is Gaining Significance Worldwide
Looking two decades back would show us the birth of the Internet and the emergence of the World Wide Web. The technology was not so much popular neither was it end-user friendly. But since then the web has evolved over the two decades and today, it is highly unimaginable that a business can do without an online representation. Web development in Australia may be a relatively younger field as compared to others such as USA, Europe, and India. There has been a recent surge in the number of web designers and web developers in Australia. Even many web development companies are setting up in the country including extensions of offshore companies.
The popularity of web development in Australia can be seen by the dramatic increase of the number of B2B and B2C websites, ecommerce websites, and online shopping carts. All these websites and web applications represent some real world business of any size – individual entrepreneur, SME, or large-scaled organization. Whatever the business be, or its size and reach be, all businesses function similarly online. Hence there are a few basic principles that every online business should adhere to in order to be successful. Firstly, the online shopping cart should be user-friendly and must have uninhibited transaction flow with flexibility in payment and native language support. The more payment gateways, languages, and currency support you add, the wider customer market you can target. Web development in Australia helps in doing exactly the same.
Secondly, the website should impart trustworthiness and should be secure. The visitors’ traffic is directly proportional to the security of your website. For an ecommerce website it is mandatory to have a secure server with anti-phishing policies as most transactions are done through credit cards and bank accounts. One of the better things to implement is having an SSL certificate shown on the website that ensures trustworthiness of your website from the visitors’ perspective.
Another basic rule that the website must hold is the principles of web design. Web development in Australia is precise and stands up to the rising expectations of the Internet users and takes a great care in the usability and accessibility of the websites. The websites are according to the W3 standards with updated HTML5 and CSS3 designs. The clients are always left satisfied and happy.
The web applications and components should be strategically placed about the webpage so as to invite maximum clicks and hence improved productivity. The color combinations should be attractive and also ensuring accessibility for the color blind. The fonts should be in stark contrast with the background color for better readability and the fonts too should be elegant and clearly readable. Sizes may differ but the difference should be clearly distinguished through naked eyes.
A top quality web development company in Australian can exactly deliver best results for ecommerce web applications and online shopping carts that help you increase your online visibility and promote your brand loyally. The web development companies can develop a very professional line of business and you can be assured of world class service and support.
When you need to get an Ecommerce website, you could turn to finding their webpages online. You can get a web design quote from their tons of other websites on the Internet for web development in Australia.

Flex Development Gets Bigger and Better – Flash Builder 4 Review
After nearly a year since Adobe released the public beta versions of Flash Builder 4 and Flex SDK 4, the software giant has officially released its Flex development tools. Flash Builder 4 supports open source RIA development and helps the Flex developer community in faster RIA development using the next-gen Eclipse-based IDE for constructing data-driven apps on its open source Flex framework. Clearly Adobe makes a huge jump in the transition of the predecessor Flex Builder 3 to the Flash Builder 4 in terms of more than just the name change.
Among the improvements Adobe has added to the Flash Builder 4 IDE, Adobe has significantly simplified the data and services synchronization through a remodeled system that quickly exposes methods and tables. Additionally the IDE brings efficiency even in handling large data through excellent client-side management and paging features. Furthermore, Adobe eases Flex development for the Flex developers by implementing the much popular code hinting and code generation feature that is automated via a wizard-driven engine under the hood. Thus now a Flex developer can write better code with fewer errors and even monitor the debug cycle on the IDE itself. This fastens the testing and debugging phases by numerous knots.
The Flash Builder 4 has been released hand in hand with the Flex SDK 4 that improves the Spark architecture of the Flex platform. The latest version update boasts a support for HTML5 and CSS3 technologies. Surely Adobe is putting in tooth and nail in its fight against Microsoft for the RIA development platform. Microsoft Silverlight 4 sees a new found rival with a released Adobe Flex 4 version. The competition seems to heat up, and the Flex developers are enjoying it as they are getting newer toys to play with. Flex 4 truly is a big step forward in Flex development from the stables of Adobe.
Flash Builder 4 contains all of the tools necessary to get started with the Flex 4 SDK languages (MXML, ActionScript), component library, compiler, and debugger. Flex even supports rapid application development regardless of the server-side technology used â whether PHP, .Net, Ruby, ColdFusion, or Perl. The data synchronization is streamlined with Adobe LiveCycle Data Services ES.
The Flex developer gets a robust debugging tool that helps by providing anticipated trace elements, as well as conditional breakpoints and complex expression evaluation for faster isolation of trouble points. Even the testing module adds unit testing support that lets the Flex developers build cases into the test suite, then run directly from within Builder or automated.
Other improvements include a more flexible runtime layout for rendering faster animations and multimedia playback. This is aimed to get the Flex development up to the mobile phone development standards. Thus to conclude, Flash Builder 4 rightly deserves a slap on Adobe’s back as it brings in a terrific IDE for Flex development and is a must have for all Flex developers who intend to build superior enterprise applications on the Flex platform. The IDE will demonstrably shorten the development cycle by exposing data, streamlining workflow, and simplifying change management so that your Flex apps will remain nimble.
