Sonic Adventure 2 – Crazy Gadget (Mission 1, A-rank)
Note: This is NOT a speed run attempt. It is a normal A-rank attempt. Download: www.megaupload.com Crazy Gadget is the 5th Sonic level. And I’m sure I’m not alone on the fact that it is the most hated level. I can’t STAND this level. The whole gravity idea was just horrible, the controls are idiotic, and the last part of the level is just stupid. Other than that, other things don’t work out too well here. For one, those GOD DAMN BLUE ENEMIES are lame. I can dodge them for the most part, but sometimes they get lucky. The other annoying part are those enemies that multiply into smaller enemies. No matter HOW WELL I aim the home attack, sometimes it just misses the main guy. It’s very stupid and annoying. One of the other big problems is trying to pull the levers. Sometimes Sonic just sumersaults, depsite being right in front of the lever. Similar to Light Dashing sometimes. Very buggy to try to grab it sometimes. But other than that, the worst part is the gravity idea. It’s NOT fun when your controls are inverted, reversed, sideways, etc. Score Requirement: 17000 points Time Requirement: N/A Difficulty for A-rank: 7/10 Don’t ask me to do Mission 4 of this level. I’d have gotten an A on it, since the time limit is 5 minutes, and I got to the goal in 4:55 minutes. Not to mention my score was more than enough.
